As we all know, setting goals
and achieving them is highly
rewarding. A profound sense of achievement is
attained through following a staged syllabus and grading
from one level to the next. The attraction to the black
belt is motivational, and the incentive of its acquisition
will keep a student training if it looks achievable.

Provided the student's
attendance has been high, the first belt can be taken
after 3 months. A junior black belt can be
obtained within 5 years. A worthwhile achievement
to strive for. Once the students transfer from
children classes to adult classes, their belt will be
transferred to an adult's purple belt. From there,
they will need to grade to two more times to reach the
coveted black belt that so many adults are striving
for.
KB
Fitness and UMAI endeavour to keep standards very high.
As a result representatives from different UK clubs are
present at each grading to ensure that the students
deserve to be awarded their belts.
